DentifAI, Inc. ("DentifAI," "we," "us," or "our") builds AI-driven patient growth workflows for dental groups. We process information to respond to inquiries, operate our website, provide demos, support customer pilots, and deliver services under written customer agreements.
Customer contracts, data processing addenda, business associate agreements, order forms, and security exhibits may contain additional or different terms. If those documents apply, they control over this public policy for the covered relationship.
Information we collect
Website and demo information
We may collect names, work emails, phone numbers, organization names, roles, calendar details, messages, and other information submitted through forms, email, calls, or demo requests.
Product and pilot information
When DentifAI is used by a customer, we may process account information, user activity, patient workflow data provided by the customer, conversation metadata, call recordings or transcripts if enabled, appointment details, source attribution, and financing or payment workflow status needed to operate the service.
Device, usage, and cookies
We may collect IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, referring pages, timestamps, diagnostics, performance logs, and cookie or similar technology data.
How we use information
- Respond to inquiries, schedule demos, and communicate with prospects and customers.
- Provide, secure, monitor, troubleshoot, and improve DentifAI services.
- Configure workflows across lead sources, PMS context, patient conversations, reminders, financing, payments, and reporting.
- Measure attribution, booking outcomes, treatment starts, accepted production, and related operational metrics for customers.
- Comply with legal obligations, enforce agreements, prevent misuse, and protect rights, safety, and security.
Healthcare and customer data
Dental groups and other customers control the patient information they provide to DentifAI. DentifAI uses that information to deliver the contracted workflow and related support.
Where applicable, protected health information is handled under written customer agreements, including business associate terms or data processing terms. Do not submit patient health information through public website forms or demo request fields.
Security
DentifAI uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, monitoring, vendor review, least-privilege practices, and encryption where appropriate. No internet or cloud service can guarantee perfect security.
Security reviews, questionnaires, business associate terms, and customer-specific security exhibits can be handled during pilot or customer scoping.
Your choices
You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or other privacy support related to information DentifAI controls. If your information was provided to DentifAI by a dental group or other customer, we may direct the request to that customer.
California residents may have rights to know, delete, correct, opt out of certain sharing, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, and avoid discrimination for exercising privacy rights where applicable. DentifAI does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
